Sky Stay Inn – Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sky Stay Inn, we aim to provide our guests with a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellation by Guest

Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged one night’s tariff.

No-show:
If the guest does not arrive or fails to cancel, the entire booking amount will be non-refundable.

Cancellation by Hotel

  • In rare cases where we are unable to honor a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical errors, overbooking, or force majeure), a full refund will be processed.
  • We may offer an alternative stay date or partner hotel stay, based on availability and guest preference.

Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Some promotional or discounted rates may be marked as “non-refundable.”
  • In such cases, no refund will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in travel plans.

Early Check-Out

  • If the guest checks out before the scheduled date, no refund will be given for unused nights, unless due to a valid emergency and with prior approval from hotel management.

Modifying a Booking

  • Date changes or modifications are subject to availability and may attract charges.
  • Changes requested less than 48 hours before the original check-in date may be treated as cancellations
